Natural Treatment for Osteoarthritis (Cartilage Wear)
Peace and blessings be upon you, and may your days be filled with goodness.
In recent years, we have noticed a significant spread of osteoarthritis (arthrosis), which is the gradual wearing away of cartilage, especially in the knees and the spine. Most people seek medical treatment and often ask: Is there a definitive cure for osteoarthritis?
The truth is that a radical or complete cure for osteoarthritis rarely exists. Only very few uncommon cases experience full recovery.
So the patient naturally asks: If there is no real cure, what is the solution?
Most patients come to the doctor at an advanced stage—usually in the second, third, or even fourth stage of the disease. Osteoarthritis progresses through four stages: first, second, third, and fourth. In the last two stages, treatment becomes largely ineffective. Orthopedic specialists often recommend knee joint replacement surgery, but this is not a true cure—only a temporary or limited solution to manage symptoms.
To help avoid these complications, I would like to share a natural and wonderful remedy based on the principle: “Your medicine is in your food.”
If you commit to this remedy for one year, you may witness remarkable results, God willing.
I spoke about this previously, and I repeat today: Commit to Talbinah.
Talbinah was recommended by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, who said that it comforts the heart and relieves sorrow—meaning it reduces stress and increases the secretion of serotonin, the “happiness hormone.” Beyond its emotional benefits, Talbinah also provides major physical benefits, particularly for easing osteoarthritis, especially knee arthritis.
Talbinah is made from barley, a food with tremendous nutritional value. Contrary to common misconceptions that barley is only animal feed, it was regularly consumed by the Prophet ﷺ and used in many healthy dishes, including Talbinah—a nourishing barley soup.
How to prepare Talbinah:

Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of whole barley flour (unrefined).
Mix it thoroughly with cold water.

Place the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously.

Cook for about 10 minutes until it becomes a smooth soup-like consistency.
After cooking, you may add:

Natural honey,
Date syrup,

Olive oil,
-
Nuts,
-
Milk,
or any other ingredients you prefer.
The key point is to consume Talbinah daily in moderate amounts, preferably for breakfast.
With consistency, osteoarthritis symptoms may significantly improve, and in many cases, the condition may even disappear, God willing.
