Chronic Colon Treatment  Effective, Final, and Tested
Under the Supervision of Dr Soumia

In the name of Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
My brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

Many people go to the doctor complaining of symptoms such as bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. When they visit the doctor, these symptoms are diagnosed as colon problems, and medications are prescribed to expel gases or temporarily relieve the suffering from these symptoms.

Here, however, I would like to draw your attention to a very important point:
Bloating, constipation, and diarrhea are not diseases by themselves; they are symptoms.
The colon is the condition, while these are accompanying symptoms indicating the presence of a certain problem.

So the correct question is: What is the cause of these symptoms?
Not just how to treat the symptom itself.

Today, God willing, we will give you a scientific explanation for why these symptoms occur, what their real causes are, and how to treat them. This problem affects a very large number of people. In fact, a large percentage of digestive system disorders are related to the colon.

There are people who suffer from colon problems for many years, who have undergone all tests and visited many specialists, yet they still have not found a solution.

Today, we will put the dots on the letters.

First: Bloating

Bloating is of two types:

  • Real bloating, where the abdomen is actually swollen and visible to the naked eye.

  • Imaginary bloating, where the person feels bloated without a real increase in abdominal size.

The cause of real bloating is gas, and gas has two sources:

1. External source:

  1. Eating quickly

  2. Dental problems

  3. Smoking

  4. Lack of physical activity and exercise

  5. Breathing through the mouth instead of the nose

But this source represents a small percentage of gas formation.

2. Internal source (the most important):

Gas produced by bacteria present in the colon.
There are beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria, and the fermentation process carried out by these bacteria produces large amounts of gas.

Among the most important foods that increase gas:

  • Legumes, because they contain complex sugars that are not digested in the small intestine

  • Industrial sugars and ready-made sweets

These sugars reach the colon, ferment, and produce gas.

Milk and the Colon

About 70% of people suffer from a deficiency of the lactase enzyme, which is responsible for breaking down lactose sugar found in milk.
After the age of two, this enzyme decreases in most people, which causes milk consumption to lead to:

  • Gas

  • Bloating

  • Diarrhea

This is not because natural milk is harmful, but because the body is no longer able to digest it.

Constipation and Diarrhea

They have several causes:

  1. Bacteria

  2. Poisoning

  3. Parasites

  4. Infections

  5. Tumors

  6. Lack of water intake

  7. Type of diet

A Very Important Point: Defecation

Many people go to the bathroom and stay only two or three minutes, and this is a big mistake.

The colon works through waves of contractions:

  • The first wave expels part of the waste

  • Then a second wave comes after one or two minutes

Therefore, a person should stay in the bathroom for at least 15 minutes to ensure that all waste has been expelled. Otherwise, the person will soon feel the need to return again.

Dietary Solutions

If the causes are dietary:

  1. Increase fiber intake (fruit peels, grain husks)

  2. Drink enough water

  3. Quit smoking

  4. Eat slowly

  5. Eat regularly

  6. Exercise

These measures treat part of the problem.

The Big Surprise

All the causes mentioned above represent only 20% of colon problems.

The remaining 80% are caused by:

Irritable Colon (Irritable Bowel)

Which results from:

  1. Anxiety

  2. Stress

  3. Nervousness

  4. Fear

  5. Phobias

  6. Psychological trauma

Meaning that in these cases, the colon is a symptom, not a disease.

If you suffer from:

  1. Chronic colon problems

  2. Along with anxiety and stress

  3. Sleep disturbances

  4. Dizziness

  5. Heart palpitations

  6. Headaches

  7. Obsessive thoughts

  8. Constant fatigue

Then know that the cause is psychological, not organic.

Treating the colon in such cases is not done by gas medications alone, but by treating the psychological condition itself.

And praise be to Allah, through experience and examinations, these cases have been treated with a very high success rate once the psychological cause was addressed.

This is a message to everyone who suffers from chronic colon problems and has not found a solution:
Look for the psychological cause before continuing to treat symptoms alone.

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
