All doctors, when they request vitamin D tests, find that most people have low levels of vitamin D—both men and women. This is something very widespread.

There is an important piece of information that you must know well:
A person must maintain their vitamin D level in the body between 70 and 90, and even up to 100 nanograms per milliliter in medical tests.
When you go for medical testing, you often find the result lower than 70, 80, 90, and even 100 nanograms. No  you must raise it, because lower levels will make the body deficient in vitamin D, even if the medical analysis tells you that the acceptable dosage is between 40, 50, or 60 acceptable. No  it should be between 70, 80, and up to 100 nanograms.

I will give you a very easy and simple method to raise it.

When a person does vitamin D tests and finds, for example, that they have 20 nanograms in the medical analysis, that is low very low. So what should be done?

You must know this equation:

Every 200,000 IU capsule or ampoule of vitamin D that you buy equals about 10 nanograms in the human body.

Ten nanograms.

So if you have 20 nanograms in your body, then how much do you need?
Ten and ten and ten and ten and ten.

When we add five ampoules to the twenty, it becomes seventy.
Meaning: each ampoule equals ten nanograms.

So you need at least five ampoules.

How do you take them?

You take one ampoule approximately every week or every ten days.
You take 200,000 IU of vitamin D with olive oil, yogurt, cheese, or yogurt, because vitamin D dissolves in fat and is absorbed with fat.
This means you should not take it on an empty stomach  that is wrong.
