Stay Away from Milk at Breakfast



Peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
I wish you a good and blessed day, God willing.

A short while ago, a patient left after examination. He was suffering from a lot of gas in his abdomen. I asked him, "What do you eat for breakfast?"
He answered me: Milk.

People, understand this well: milk is a bad habit as a breakfast, and it is a very unhealthy breakfast.
This habit goes back to the time of French colonization: milk with croissant, milk with bread. But milk is not a basic meal for breakfast.

We repeat it and emphasize it again:
Milk is not an essential food after childhood.

Allah Almighty says in the Noble Qur’an:
“Mothers shall breastfeed their children for two complete years, for whoever wishes to complete the nursing.”
After two complete years, milk is no longer a basic food; it becomes a secondary food like all other foods.

Understand this well, especially since the milk we drink today is industrially manufactured milk, which does not contain significant nutritional value. On the contrary, studies have proven that most people lose the enzyme responsible for digesting milk (lactase) after childhood. Therefore:

  • Milk causes difficulty in digestion

  • Milk causes bloating

  • Milk causes gas and other digestive problems

So, having milk for breakfast is a bad habit.
Do not force your children to drink milk in the morning.

If you have natural milk:

  1. From a cow raised naturally
  2. Or a sheep
  3. Or a goat
  4. Or a camel

And you know its natural feed, then there is no problem.

But if you do not have that, do not force industrial milk on your children.

The milk available today is manufactured and causes bloating and digestive problems, so stay away from it.

What Is a Healthy Breakfast Then?



There are excellent and healthy alternatives, such as:

  1. Two eggs cooked with olive oil(Olive oil with heat does not cause cancer as some claim; medically, it is not harmful)
  2. Roina (toasted wheat flour)
  3. Prophetic talbina (barley porridge)
  4. Wheat porridge
  5. DeraĆ¢ (ground corn – an excellent breakfast food)

These are natural breakfasts our ancestors relied on and were the reason for their health and strength.

Today, however, we rely on:

  • Milk

  • Croissants

That is why we now have:

  • Fatty liver

  • Livers filled with fat

Most ultrasound examinations show fatty livers, even in people who appear thin.

You think you are having breakfast, but in reality

you are not eating breakfast; rather:

  • You are feeding your body with unhealthy food

  • And feeding diseases inside your body

Then afterward you say:

  1. I have diabetes
  2. I have high blood pressure
  3. I have high cholesterol
  4. I have many health problems

And the reason is clear.

Stay away from milk at breakfast.
