A Natural Method to Lower Blood Fats

A Natural Method to Lower Blood Fats Peace be upon you and God’s mercy and blessings. May your day be beautiful, happy, and blessed, God willing. Through medical examinations, I have noticed that many people especially those with chronic diseases and the elderly, and even young people nowadays suffer from high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or elevated triglycerides (blood fats). In addition, many suffer from chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. This group of people often does not adhere strictly to medical treatment and feels anxious because of the large number of medications they have to take: diabetes medicine, blood pressure medicine, stomach medicine, medicine for rheumatism and pain, and others. A patient may sometimes take between ten and twelve, or even up to fourteen medications daily. This causes discomfort, so they start avoiding some medicines. Among the most commonly neglected are cholesterol medications. Regardless of what is said about...

The Dangerous Substance That Temporarily Eliminates Anxiety and Stress

Today I was in a café. I’m not used to drinking coffee, but I felt like having one, so I ordered a coffee. The worker automatically added sugar, so I told him, “Please don’t add sugar, I don’t like it much,” and he reduced the amount.

After that, I wanted to ask him a question for the sake of benefit, so that he could benefit and everyone could benefit as well. I asked him, “Why do people reduce sugar intake at a certain age?” He answered that when a person passes the age of forty, it is recommended to reduce sugar consumption. He added that many customers come and ask for coffee with a large amount of sugar.

So I asked him, “Do you know why people add such a lot of sugar to coffee, or overconsume sugar in general?” Then I said to him, “I’ll give you the answer—remember it well.”

People who consume a lot of sugar in coffee, food, and drinks are often people who suffer from anxiety and stress. Remember this well: excessive sugar consumption often indicates internal psychological pressure.

The reason is that an anxious person unconsciously resorts to sugar to improve their mood and calm their stress, because sugar stimulates the secretion of the pleasure hormone known as dopamine, which is the hormone responsible for feelings of satisfaction, comfort, and stress reduction.

However, its effect is very temporary and not a permanent solution. Every time a person eats sugar, the dopamine level rises a little, stress decreases temporarily, then the level drops again and the person needs another dose, entering a cycle similar to addiction.

Without realizing it, anxiety and stress become the real reason behind the excessive craving for sugar.

In conclusion, anyone who notices that they consume sugar excessively should reflect on themselves, because this may indicate a high level of anxiety and stress.

We do not say, "Stop eating sugar completely; rather, the important thing is to treat anxiety and stress at their roots instead of escaping from them with temporary solutions.

Peace be upon you
