Through medical examinations, I have noticed that many people especially those with chronic diseases and the elderly, and even young people nowadays suffer from high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or elevated triglycerides (blood fats). In addition, many suffer from chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
This group of people often does not adhere strictly to medical treatment and feels anxious because of the large number of medications they have to take: diabetes medicine, blood pressure medicine, stomach medicine, medicine for rheumatism and pain, and others. A patient may sometimes take between ten and twelve, or even up to fourteen medications daily. This causes discomfort, so they start avoiding some medicines. This natural method can be used either by consuming it directly or by adding it to food, such as salad.
Preparation method:
Take a small coffee cup and fill half of it with olive oil and the other half with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Then add one clove of garlic, crushed or finely chopped, and mix the ingredients well.You may add this mixture to a salad if you have one, or leave it aside for about fifteen minutes and then drink it as it is before eating or after eating, as you prefer.
With daily commitment to this natural recipe, God willing, after three months you will notice that triglycerides and cholesterol levels will stabilize and return to their normal ranges.
