Why Not Clean the Colon and Get Natural, Free Serotonin?

Why Not Clean the Colon and Get Natural, Free Serotonin?

Peace be upon you, and welcome.

Some people ask about serotonin, and whether it is possible to take serotonin compounds or supplements daily, because this hormone is responsible for happiness and we need it. Of course, a person loves to feel relief, calmness, and comfort.
So what are the harms of serotonin supplements?

Serotonin is a hormone that is produced in the colon. It is a free hormone, and it is not necessary for me to buy serotonin supplements, because it already exists in the body for free.

In order to preserve this hormone and allow it to be secreted naturally by the body, it must be maintained in a natural way. Yet we notice that some people buy serotonin supplements even though it is originally a free hormone.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Among the things that exhaust the colon and negatively affect serotonin secretion are:
Smoking, excessive use of incense, eating sweets daily, bread made from white flour, foods that contain industrial yeast rather than natural yeast, sugary sweets every day, cheese—especially processed cheese—lack of drinking water, soft drinks, and there is no such thing as truly “sugar-free.” Also canned foods, instant noodles such as indomie, and fried foods if unhealthy oils are used.

Also excessive use of dietary supplements; some people take zinc, turmeric, selenium, vitamins C, D, and K, potassium, and magnesium. The liver does not know how to deal with this large amount of supplements, so the supplements exhaust the liver. And it is not possible to clean the colon without a healthy liver.

What is meant by colon fatigue?
First: an increase in harmful bacteria and a decrease in beneficial bacteria.
Second: leakage in the intestines may occur.
Third: pockets may form in the colon that contain bacteria and waste, with darkness and moisture, which causes harmful bacteria to multiply into the millions.

When the colon becomes tired, it may cause sensitivity to some foods, whether fruits or vegetables.

To maintain colon cleanliness, one must refrain from the things mentioned above.
The second matter is colon cleansing, although some people say, “They fooled you; there is no such thing as colon cleansing,” and this is incorrect.

If the colon always cleaned itself on its own, why do some people suffer from colon blockage? And why do some people develop ulcerative colitis?

There are many things that cleanse the colon; one of them is the coffee enema. But it should not be used daily because it may cause dehydration of the body and loss of beneficial bacteria and fluids. Therefore, it should not be used on a daily basis.

What must be eliminated are: fungi, worms, candida, phlegm, and excessive acidity.
Even if a coffee enema is used once a week, it may not eliminate worms and fungi, because they require stronger methods.

One of the effective things is wormwood.
Dried wormwood is taken—one tablespoon—washed well, then soaked in boiling water for ten minutes, and drunk on an empty stomach.
In the first month: once every week.
In the second month: every other week.
In the third month: once a month.

Wormwood is better than the coffee enema, because coffee does not kill worms, candida, or fungi, while wormwood kills them and even eliminates the eggs.

Also, excessive consumption of acidic foods, such as vinegar or lemon daily, raises the level of acidity in the colon, which makes the person go to the bathroom after every meal without knowing the reason.

There is no such thing as drinking apple cider vinegar every day, nor squeezing lemon daily onto food.

As for women, it is impossible for a woman to reach the stage of having problems in the uterus or ovaries without there already being problems in the colon.

Colon cleansing is very important. In the past, elders used to say, “Clean your colon once a month,” especially with organic food free from pesticides and chemical substances, while today most people rely on fast food.

Colon cleansing is very beneficial and can be done in specialized centers that use special plants and herbs.

When the colon is cleansed of fungi and worms, symptoms such as dizziness and nausea disappear. Some people think the problem is in the ear, while the real cause is parasites in the colon. A person may eat healthy food but not benefit from it because worms consume the food.

The big surprise is that serotonin is secreted in the colon, and it is the hormone of happiness. Therefore, those who undergo colon cleansing feel relief, happiness, and psychological comfort after the session.

Colon cleansing does not only clean the colon, but also positively affects the brain and the membrane surrounding the heart. These are highly interconnected systems.

A coffee enema can be done once a month for those who have previously used wormwood, after making sure that there are no worms or fungi.

People who have weight gain due to fluid retention benefit greatly from colon cleansing, as well as those who have cysts, fibrosis, or tumors, because the body cannot reach this stage without parasites in the colon.

So instead of taking serotonin supplements, why don’t we cleanse the colon and obtain natural, free serotonin?

When Should We Eat Dates

When Should We Eat Dates?

Peace be upon you, and welcome to a new article from Health Before Medicine.
Today, we will talk about dates and the best time to eat them.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

"Whoever starts the day by eating seven dates will not be harmed by poison or magic that day."

Some narrations mention that the type of date is Ajwa, while others mention Al-Ali dates, but what matters here is that eating dates in the morning is beneficial in general.

The question is: why did the Prophet ﷺ emphasize eating dates specifically in the morning?
In many hadiths, there is a connection between morning and evening, but dates were highlighted for the morning for an important scientific reason.

In the morning, between six and seven o’clock, the body begins to secrete the cortisol hormone, which reaches its highest levels between seven and nine o’clock. This hormone is secreted by the adrenal gland, located directly above the kidney.

The functions of cortisol include:

  • Providing the body with energy for the start of the day

  • Preparing the person to face daily challenges

  • Increasing alertness and attention

  • Preventing relaxation or sleepiness

Cortisol contains a substance called sterol, which is highly effective in boosting energy and activity.

Dates, on the other hand, contain:

  • Important minerals

  • Various vitamins

  • Water, especially in fresh dates

  • Sterol as well

When a person eats a date in the morning, the components of the date align with the body’s cortisol and enzymes, creating harmony that enhances positive energy and immunity. Moreover, dates act as a complete natural pharmacy.

Therefore, eating dates in the morning, whether one or several, is the optimal timing.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Eating dates in the evening is not recommended because the evening is not a period of high activity or alertness. Eating dates at this time disrupts the body’s biological clock and enzyme secretion.

During fasting, such as in Ramadan, eating dates at Iftar is highly recommended because the stomach is empty. Dates stimulate the pepsin enzyme in the stomach and prepare it to digest food gradually, rather than starting with heavy foods immediately.

Even at breakfast, it is preferable to start with light foods such as eggs, cheese, or olive oil and thyme, rather than heavy cooked meals.

Conclusion:

  • Dates should be eaten in the morning

  • Dates should not be eaten in the evening, except during fasting

  • Dates during Iftar or fasting enhance the body’s activity and prepare the stomach for digestion

Modern science confirms and supports what was stated in the hadith.

Belly Fat and How to Get Rid of It-Big Belly

Belly Fat and How to Get Rid of It-Big Belly

In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah.
My brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings.

Today, Allah willing, we will talk as the title indicates, to everyone who has a belly, “Big Belly”. This is only a joke and not meant to insult a person for how he looks, but just a joke to create a light atmosphere.

The important thing is that there are observations about the belly. This has become a problem in the present time, where women and men have developed protruding bellies, and they do not know where it comes from, how it happens, how to get rid of it, and what precautions must be taken.

The first thing we must understand is that fat in men is concentrated mainly in the organs, and this is more dangerous, meaning in the heart, the lungs, the liver, and the intestines. That is why the belly in men is protruding, but you cannot grab it, because it is somewhat tight and firm. As for women, the fat layer is under the skin, which gives women a soft texture, unlike men, whose texture is a bit rough, because fat in men is not concentrated under the skin but rather in the organs.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

That is why women have bellies that they can grab and move, while men cannot grab the belly because the fat is inside the organs. In cases of severe obesity in men, it is possible to grab the fat because it is outside the abdomen, but in general, if obesity is not severe, the belly cannot be grabbed in men, while it can be grabbed in women.

The fat concentrated in the organs, which is generally found in men, is dangerous because it hinders the work of the heart, hinders the work of the lungs, hinders the work of the liver, and causes many diseases.

As for the fat that is under the skin in women, and even if it is present in men, it hinders the work of the heart because the effort becomes greater, and it also places a heavy burden on the joints, such as the knees, the hips, and the spine, whether in the back or the lower back.

Excess fat is usually white or yellow under the skin, while the fat that is inside the body and in the organs is brown or yellowish, and this is the most dangerous, and we hope people will avoid it.

We also clarify an important point, which is that people ask how fat accumulates, and it accumulates due to three things:

First: the type of food.
People who eat a lot of sugars, a lot of carbohydrates, hydrogenated oils, sandwiches, and fast food, this leads to excessive obesity.

Second: the quantity of food.
Eating large quantities and at all times helps fat accumulation.

Third: the timing of food.
People do not know how to eat properly. They eat sugars at night, so fat is stored, while in the morning it is used as energy.

In addition to lack of movement, a person is always sedentary, does not move, does not exercise, and with the use of cars and means of transportation, all this leads to fat accumulation.

Fat does not benefit humans. Fat benefits animals because they store it for winter when food becomes scarce, but humans do not need excess fat.

Another important point is that some people resort to using a belly belt to hide the belly, and this is very dangerous, because the belly belt compresses all the organs into a tight space, causes blood congestion, lack of comfort for the organs, muscle spasms, and over time leads to diseases and weak blood circulation.

The belly belt may hide the belly, but caution is required, because the belly protrudes due to the lack of internal space for fat and organs, and compressing it goes against the natural structure of the human body.

In the end, what is the solution?

The solution is in three things:

First: exercise. You must move, at least walking, because movement burns fat.
Second: fasting, especially intermittent fasting, fasting and breaking the fast, which helps reduce fat.
Third: the type of food, the way of eating, and the quantity of food.

This is the advice I wanted to give, and God willing, it has benefited you.
Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings.

Do You Constantly Suffer from Anxiety and Fear? What Are the Causes of Anxiety and Fear, and How Can You Overcome Them Behaviorally?

Do You Constantly Suffer from Anxiety and Fear?

What Are the Causes of Anxiety and Fear, and How Can You Overcome Them Behaviorally?

If you suffer from panic attacks or generalized anxiety disorder, then this article is written for you.
Together, we will try to understand fear and break it down step by step, until we reach a stage where we are no longer prisoners of it and no longer allow it to control our daily lives.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is different from social anxiety, and it is also different from phobias such as agoraphobia or fear of closed spaces. Here, we are talking about general fear that may be accompanied by sudden panic attacks without a clear reason.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

What Are Panic Attacks?

Panic attacks do not necessarily mean that you are currently suffering from a psychological disorder or that something bad is about to happen.
A panic attack may appear after many long years of psychological pressure or emotional suppression, as if the body is sending you a warning signal saying:
“I can no longer tolerate this.”

A panic attack is not the illness itself, but rather a symptom that indicates the presence of a deeper underlying cause that needs understanding and treatment.

The Difference Between Normal Fear and Pathological Fear

Normal fear is a logical reaction to a real danger, such as quickly pulling your hand away from a burning flame.
Pathological fear, on the other hand, arises without a real trigger and is based on unrealistic or irrational thoughts.

In panic attacks and generalized anxiety disorder, there is no real danger, but rather internal thoughts that create fear.

Why Do We Feel Fear?

We do not fear situations themselves; we fear the thoughts and emotions that we form around those situations.
Two people may go through the exact same situation, yet one remains calm while the other panics, simply because their way of thinking is different.

Realistic Thinking

Behavioral treatment mainly relies on retraining the mind to think realistically, through several steps:

1. Ask Yourself:

  • Do I have real evidence for this fear?

  • Is what I am thinking a fact or just imagination?

  • Am I confusing reality with imagination?

Many fears associated with generalized anxiety are based on assumptions rather than facts.

2. What Is the Worst-Case Scenario?

Even if the worst happens, can it be handled?
Often, we discover that the scenario we fear is not as catastrophic as we imagine.

3. Denial and Positive Self-Affirmation

Say clearly to yourself:

  • These are just obsessive thoughts

  • There is no conclusive evidence for what I fear

  • I am capable of controlling this situation

Positive self-talk calms the nervous system and gives you a sense of control.

Symptoms of Panic Attacks

  • Rapid heartbeat

  • Sweating

  • Trembling

  • Difficulty breathing

  • A feeling of suffocation

  • Loss of concentration

These symptoms are disturbing but not dangerous.

Breathing and Relaxation Exercises

During a panic attack, breathing becomes fast and shallow.
Therefore, we need to practice:

  • Deep and slow breathing

  • Deep inhalation followed by a longer exhalation

  • Repeating the exercise 7 to 10 times

It is also recommended to practice muscle contraction and relaxation:
Tighten a muscle, then relax it while exhaling, to send a signal to the brain that the body is safe.

Be Compassionate with Yourself

Talk to yourself as if you were advising a close friend:
With kindness, understanding, and without self-blame.

Self-compassion is an essential part of recovery.

When Do You Need Professional Help?

If these steps do not help you control panic attacks, then speaking with a mental health professional is important, especially since some causes may go back to past experiences that were never properly addressed.

Article Summary

Fear and anxiety are not weakness; they are messages from the mind that need to be understood.
With awareness, training, and correct behavioral coping strategies, it is possible to regain control and live with calmness and confidence.

I wish you inner peace and reassurance
And I hope this article is a first step toward understanding yourself more deeply.

Why Has Anxiety Become Part of Our Daily Lives?

Why Has Anxiety Become Part of Our Daily Lives?

A Specialist Explains the Causes and Realistic Solutions

Anxiety is no longer a passing feeling that visits us in specific situations and then fades away. For many people, it has become a daily companion, present in the smallest details of life before the big ones.
We wake up feeling an unexplained heaviness, go through our day with inner tension, and struggle to fall asleep despite exhaustion.
So what has made anxiety so widespread? And is what we are experiencing normal, or truly concerning?

In this article, we approach the topic calmly, away from exaggeration, to understand the daily causes of anxiety, and then pause at realistic solutions that can be applied without false promises.

Anxiety: When Is It Normal and When Does It Become a Burden?

Anxiety in itself is not an enemy.
It is a natural response from the body and mind to a situation of threat or uncertainty.
The problem begins when:

  • Anxiety continues without a clear reason

  • It appears in simple situations

  • It affects sleep, concentration, or relationships

  • It becomes the dominant feeling throughout the day

Here, we are no longer talking about “temporary stress,” but about a state of silent psychological exhaustion.

Why Has Anxiety Become More Present in Our Lives?

1. The Fast Pace of Life

Today we live in a fast-paced world:

  • Continuous decisions

  • Endless tasks

  • Constant pressure to produce and achieve

The mind was not created for this constant acceleration, and over time it begins sending warning signals in the form of anxiety.

2. Overthinking

Much anxiety does not come from reality, but from:

  • Expecting the worst

  • Analyzing the past

  • Fearing the future

When the mind finds no moment of silence, it begins to drain itself.

3. Economic and Social Pressure

Financial instability, fear of tomorrow, and social comparisons all plant a constant sense of insecurity, even if we are not consciously aware of it.

4. Constant Exposure to Negative News

Following the news around the clock—especially those related to crises, diseases, or disasters—keeps the brain in a constant state of alert, as if danger is always near.

5. Neglecting the Psychological Aspect

Many people take care of their bodies and forget their minds:

  • Insufficient sleep

  • Unbalanced nutrition

  • Lack of movement

  • Absence of rest periods

All of this is reflected psychologically, even if the body appears “healthy.”

How Does Anxiety Affect Our Daily Lives?

Anxiety does not always appear as clear fear. It may manifest as:

  • Muscle tension

  • Palpitations

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Difficulty concentrating

  • Irritability

Sometimes we assume it is a physical problem, while its roots are psychological.

Realistic Solutions… Without Idealized Promises

1. Acknowledging Feelings

The first step is not resistance, but acknowledgment:

“I am anxious, and that does not mean I am weak.”

Denying anxiety increases its power, while understanding it reduces its intensity.

2. Organizing the Day, Not Filling It

The goal is not to accomplish everything, but to:

  • Set priorities

  • Leave empty spaces in the day

  • Accept the idea of “not now”

Rest is not laziness; it is a psychological necessity.

3. Returning to the Body

An anxious mind needs signals of safety from the body:

  • Calm walking

  • Breathing exercises

  • Stretching

  • Regular sleep

These are simple things, but they are effective in the medium term.

4. Reducing External Noise

Not every piece of news needs to be followed, and not every opinion needs to be heard.
Limiting:

  • Social media

  • Negative news

  • Constant comparisons

helps the mind regain its balance.

5. Talking to a Trusted Person

Talking lightens the weight of thoughts.
Whether it is a friend, a family member, or a mental health professional, sharing reduces the sense of loneliness that fuels anxiety.

When Do We Need to Consult a Specialist?

If anxiety persists:

  • For a long period

  • Or begins to affect daily life

  • Or is accompanied by severe physical symptoms

then consulting a specialist is a step of awareness, not weakness.

A Final Word

Anxiety is not a sign of failure, but a message.
A message saying that something in our lifestyle needs review, slowing down, and care.

Dealing with it calmly, understanding its causes, and adopting realistic solutions may not eliminate it completely, but it makes us more capable of living with it without allowing it to control our lives.

This article is for general educational purposes only and does not replace consultation with a psychological or medical professional when needed.

Which Is the Cause of the Other: Does the Colon Cause Anxiety and Stress, or Is It the Other Way Around?

Which Is the Cause of the Other:

Does the Colon Cause Anxiety and Stress, or Is It the Other Way Around?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

I am Dr. Soumia. In this article, we raise an important question that has two opposing opinions. The first group says: which one is responsible for causing the other? Is irritable bowel syndrome responsible for causing anxiety and stress, or are anxiety and stress responsible for causing irritable bowel syndrome?

Here, we will give you clear points to help you understand who is responsible for causing the other.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Who Controls the Human Body?

The first question is: who controls the human body?
Is it the organs that control the brain and nerves, or are the nerves the ones that control the organs?

It is obvious that the brain and the nervous system are the ones that control the organs. The human body functions under the regulation of both the hormonal system and the nervous system. Therefore, the nerves are responsible for controlling the organs, including the heart, liver, stomach, colon, eyes, and ears. The nervous system is the primary controller of these organs.

The Relationship Between the Colon and Anxiety

When a person suffers from bloating and colon problems, and then says that the colon caused anxiety and stress, it is true that bloating can cause anxiety and stress. However, the real question is: who caused the bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or gas in the colon in the first place?

Since the nerves control the colon, the stomach, and all organs, they are the ones that cause these symptoms. These symptoms then worsen anxiety and stress. In this case, they are not the main cause, but rather a secondary, contributing, and reinforcing factor for anxiety and stress.

The Real Cause of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

For a person who has irritable bowel syndrome, the primary cause is anxiety and stress. Anxiety and stress come from the brain, and the brain is influenced by negative memories, past traumas, and painful experiences stored in memory.

When these thoughts resurface and are repeatedly recalled and overthought, they create continuous pressure on the nervous system, especially the vagus nerve. This pressure then affects the stomach and the colon, leading to colon irritation, stomach irritation, increased stomach acidity, and gastroesophageal reflux. This happens due to increased acid secretion resulting from the effect on the vagus nerve.

That is why, in many cases, when people undergo an endoscopy, the stomach appears red and inflamed. This inflammation is not necessarily caused by food. While food can cause inflammation, in people who suffer from anxiety and stress, this inflammation is caused by continuous pressure, continuous secretions, and constant stimulation of the stomach wall. This continuous stimulation leads to increased blood flow in the inner lining of the stomach, which is why it often appears inflamed and reddened during endoscopy.

Evidence Supporting This Theory

Another point that confirms the theory that the nervous system is responsible for causing irritable bowel syndrome, and not the other way around, is that patients who are treated for irritable bowel syndrome with psychiatric medications and calming drugs often experience relief. Their colon symptoms disappear, including constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and gas. This clearly proves that anxiety and stress are the primary cause.

Some people believe that following a strict diet is what cures irritable bowel syndrome. Let me give you a clear example: the strongest dietary system is fasting. Many people with irritable bowel syndrome continue to suffer even while fasting. Despite abstaining from food and drink and having an empty stomach, the symptoms persist. This proves that food is not the main or primary cause of irritable bowel syndrome.

The Final Conclusion

We know that unhealthy food can contribute to colon disorders, but the core question remains: which affects the other? Does irritable bowel syndrome cause anxiety and stress, or do anxiety and stress cause irritable bowel syndrome?

All these conclusions lead to one inevitable result: irritable bowel syndrome is not the cause of anxiety and stress. Rather, anxiety and stress are what lead to colon spasms, irritable bowel syndrome, stomach disorders, vomiting, and similar conditions.

This is because the nervous system is responsible for controlling the organs, not the organs controlling the nervous system. While some organs may have a secondary and indirect effect on the nervous system in certain cases, this does not change the general rule.

Therefore, the belief that a healthy diet alone cures irritable bowel syndrome is a false theory. Accept this from me.

I am Dr. Soumia.
Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

Does Treating Psychological Disorders With Neuropsychiatric Medications Lead to Addiction?

Does Treating Psychological Disorders With Neuropsychiatric Medications Lead to Addiction?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.

Dear brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
I am Dr. Soumia. I am writing this article to address a very important topic that raises a great deal of fear and controversy in society, namely:
Does treating psychological disorders with neuropsychiatric medications pose a danger to humans? Does it actually lead to addiction? And are these medications considered a type of narcotic drugs as commonly claimed?

This question has been raised by a large number of patients and has become a major reason why many people avoid treatment, due to the spread of incorrect and conflicting information within families, society, and on social media. For this reason, I considered it my duty to clarify this issue in a scientific and practical manner, based on long field experience.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Psychological Disorders Are a Reality in Society

It cannot be denied that psychological disorders have become widespread in our communities. A large percentage of people live under constant pressure, persistent anxiety, and continuous psychological stress. These disorders may be mild, moderate, or severe, and every person may experience them to some degree, even children.

Despite this reality, acknowledging psychological illnesses and seeking treatment for them remains difficult for many people due to fear, shame, or inherited misconceptions. This often leads to delayed treatment and worsening of the condition.

The Relationship Between Religion and Psychological Treatment

Psychological treatment does not contradict religion. Seeking treatment is legitimate, and there are clear indications in the Prophetic tradition supporting medical treatment and its importance. Ruqyah (Islamic spiritual healing) is one of the means of treatment, but it does not replace medical therapy when a psychological illness is clearly diagnosed.

Taking medical means while relying on Allah is the correct path, and there is no contradiction between medication-based treatment and faith.

Symptoms of Psychological Disorders

Psychological disorders may appear through several physical and psychological symptoms, including:

  • Persistent fear and anxiety

  • Excessive thinking and obsessions

  • Dizziness and general weakness

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Loss of appetite or increased appetite

  • Heart palpitations

  • Digestive disorders (gas, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea)

  • Ringing in the ears

  • Blurred or disturbed vision

  • Headaches

  • Various physical pains with no clear organic cause

The greater the number of these symptoms, the more severe the psychological disorder becomes. These are well-known medical symptoms and are not evidence of possession or magic, as some people believe.

Psychological Pressure and Its Impact on Families and Children

Today, we live under conditions full of pressure: work pressure, family pressure, debts, and social problems. This pressure directly affects mental health.

Children are also affected by the environment in which they live. A tense family atmosphere transfers anxiety and stress to the child, leading to psychological and behavioral problems such as hyperactivity, lack of concentration, anxiety, continuous crying, and disturbances in appetite and sleep.

The Scientific Truth About Neuropsychiatric Medications

Neuropsychiatric medications, like all medications, are a means of treatment and are not dangerous in themselves. The danger does not lie in the medication, but in the way it is used.

  • Most antidepressants do not cause addiction at all

  • These medications have helped many patients regain their normal lives

  • Some sedative medications may cause dependence if used without medical supervision or for long periods, but this does not apply to all medications

Generalizing fear and unjustified warnings against drug treatment only lead to worsening psychological conditions rather than protecting patients.

The Danger of Spreading Fear About Treatment

Spreading fear about neuropsychiatric medications without medical knowledge prevents patients from seeking treatment and increases their suffering. It may also contribute to the deterioration of their psychological and social condition.

Medical information should be taken from reliable sources, and diagnosis and treatment should be left to the specialist physician.

Final Word

Psychological treatment is not weakness, not shame, and not madness.
Neuropsychiatric medications are safe, by the will of Allah, when used under medical supervision.
Over many years of practice, treatment results have been positive in most cases, without addiction or serious complications.

Anyone suffering from a psychological disorder should seek treatment with confidence and reassurance, knowing that healing is in the hands of Allah and that treatment is one of the means.

Peace and mercy of Allah be upon you.

The Most Dangerous Drug Used by Girls to Gain Weight Without Their Parents’ Knowledge

The Most Dangerous Drug Used by Girls to Gain Weight Without Their Parents’ Knowledge

A Real Warning About a Silent Health Disaster

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.

Dear brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
I am Dr. Soumia. I am writing this article today out of medical and moral responsibility, after it became impossible to postpone or remain silent about this issue, due to the seriousness of its spread and its increasing danger in our society, especially among girls.

What I am presenting here is not one or two cases, but rather an alarming phenomenon that is repeatedly seen in medical clinics and represents a real threat to the health of our daughters, in the absence of awareness about the true magnitude of this disaster.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Weight Gain Through Medication… Naive Thinking and Dangerous Consequences

A large number of girls have begun using medications for the purpose of gaining weight, driven by a false belief that weight gain equals beauty, and that having a fuller body is the path to acceptance and marriage. This naive way of thinking has led many girls to use dangerous drugs without medical consultation and without their parents’ knowledge, opening the door to catastrophic health complications.

In medical practice, some of these medications are used with extreme caution, according to precise protocols, under strict medical supervision, and accompanied by laboratory tests and additional treatments to reduce their risks. However, their random and long-term use for weight gain is extremely dangerous.

Corticosteroids: The Real Danger Behind Rapid Weight Gain

Most of the drugs used for this purpose are corticosteroids (cortisol). These substances are available in pharmacies and have a rapid effect on weight gain within a short period. Swelling appears in the face, neck, and shoulders, with fat accumulation being more noticeable in the upper part of the body than the lower part.

This rapid change gives the girl a false sense of satisfaction, prompting her to continue using the drug, unaware that this weight gain is not real fat, but rather the result of water and sodium retention in the tissues.

Among these drugs are dexamethasone, betamethasone, and Celestene. These are among the strongest corticosteroids used in treatment. They provide fast results but carry extremely serious risks.

Serious Complications After Only a Few Weeks

After one or two months of use, real complications begin to appear, including:

  • Osteoporosis due to calcium being withdrawn from the bones

  • High blood pressure

  • The development of diabetes

  • Permanent skin tears and stretch marks

  • Continuous fatigue and exhaustion

  • Persistent anxiety and stress due to the effect of cortisol on stress hormones

These skin tears are permanent, and there is no doctor in the world who can restore the skin to its original condition, regardless of the creams or treatments used.

Adrenal Gland Suppression and Immune System Inhibition

Long-term use of corticosteroids leads to the shutdown of the adrenal glands, which are responsible for producing natural cortisol. This can result in a serious chronic disease. These drugs also suppress the immune system, leaving the body unable to resist illnesses.

We previously warned against using corticosteroids in the early stages of viral infections, as they weaken immunity and worsen the health condition instead of improving it.

Sudden Withdrawal… An Even Greater Disaster

Stopping corticosteroids suddenly after long-term use can lead to extremely dangerous complications. I have seen cases of girls in their mid-twenties who developed health conditions similar to those of women in their sixties. It is a true catastrophe.

Unknown Weight-Gain Products… A Double Risk

Even more dangerous are the so-called Romanian, Greek, or Turkish weight-gain products sold without regulation. Many cases that came to me showed clear symptoms of corticosteroid use, confirming that these products are mixed with such substances to achieve rapid results.

There is no natural product that causes such a massive increase in weight within a short period. These products are highly suspicious, and some are prepared without conscience or oversight.

A Call to Parents and Authorities

I call on parents to monitor what their daughters are taking in terms of medications and products. I also call on the authorities to:

  • Strengthen control over the sale of corticosteroids

  • Prohibit their sale without a medical prescription

  • Investigate the composition of weight-gain products circulating in the markets

These are not isolated cases, but a dangerous phenomenon threatening the health and future of our daughters.

Final Word

Corticosteroids today have become one of the greatest threats to girls’ health, more than ever before.
We hope this message reaches every home and that this warning becomes a reason to save lives before it is too late.

Peace and mercy of Allah be upon you.

  • Betamethasone

  • Celestene (with its different commercial and chemical names)

It is true that these drugs may cause rapid weight gain, but it is illusory and dangerous weight gain, resulting from fluid retention and abnormal distribution of fat, and it has very serious health complications in the short and long term, because these medications are therapeutic drugs prescribed for specific diseases, such as allergies, rheumatic diseases, and autoimmune diseases, and they are used only under strict medical supervision.

The Deception of “Natural Weight Gainers”

In recent years, mixtures marketed as “natural weight gainers” have appeared. They apparently contain honey and nuts, but through examining many cases, it became clear that the symptoms of those who used them are identical to the symptoms of people who take corticosteroids, which raises suspicion that these dangerous substances are mixed into those blends.

Unfortunately, this has become a widespread trade on social media, led by unqualified individuals who sell products of unknown source and ingredients at exorbitant prices, without any consideration for the health of girls.

Weight Gain Is Not Random

The clear medical rule states:

Treatment is achieved by treating the cause, not by masking the symptom.

Loss of appetite is a symptom, not a disease in itself, and it is an indication that there is a problem in the body or the psyche. It is never acceptable to give an appetite stimulant directly without knowing the cause.

Organic Causes of Loss of Appetite

Among the possible physical causes are:

  1. Anemia

  2. Thyroid disorders

  3. Diabetes

  4. Some chronic infections

  5. Digestive system diseases

  6. Many other diseases

In these cases, the underlying disease is treated, and appetite returns automatically.

Chronic Loss of Appetite and Severe Thinness

There are many cases, especially among girls, who suffer from loss of appetite and severe thinness for years, despite all tests and examinations being normal.
In this case, the cause is often psychological.

The Psychological Factor: The Most Common Cause

Anxiety, stress, psychological pressure, emotional shocks, or even old psychological experiences all directly affect appetite and weight.

Experience has proven that:

Treating the psychological condition leads to the return of appetite and weight gain in a natural and rapid way, without any dangerous substances.

A Final Advice to Girls

  1. Do not resort to corticosteroids or unknown weight gainers

  2. Do not be deceived by advertisements and fast promises

  3. Thinness and loss of appetite are messages from the body

  4. If you are physically healthy, then the problem is psychological and needs treatment, not denial

By Allah’s will, by treating the real cause, appetite returns, weight returns, and health returns without harm.

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

The Irritable Bowel Syndrome Myth

 The Irritable Bowel Syndrome Myth

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
May Allah fill your hearts with tranquility and peace.

What prompted me to speak today about this topic is the large number of patients who visit me every day. Most of them tell me that they went to doctors or to the emergency department, where they were told that they suffer from gas or from the colon, and they were prescribed well-known medications used only for gas relief.

Here, an important question arises:
Is the presence of gas in the abdomen a diagnosis?
Is this considered a disease by itself?
And is the treatment limited to prescribing gas medications only?

The logical, medical, and scientific answer is: No.

First of all, we must know that colon diseases are divided into two categories:

  • Organic (physical) diseases

  • Psychological diseases

And this is the key point I wanted to discuss today.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Organic colon diseases are clear and easy to diagnose, such as chronic inflammation, diarrhea accompanied by blood, severe and persistent pain, the presence of polyps, or—God forbid—malignant tumors.
These conditions show strong and obvious symptoms, do not persist silently for long periods, and are easily recognized by any physician.

However, when a person comes and says that he has been suffering from the colon for four, five, ten, or even twenty years, complaining of bloating, gas, chronic constipation or recurring diarrhea, and is treated only with gas medications, this has no medical justification.

Organic colon diseases do not last for many years without clear progression. Their symptoms are always strong and obvious, whether severe pain, intense diarrhea, bleeding, or other serious signs.

The real problem lies in what is called irritable bowel syndrome.
And the truth that everyone must know is this:
Irritable bowel syndrome is not an organic disease.

Yes, IBS is not a disease in itself, but rather a functional condition caused by psychological disturbance.

Bloating, excessive gas, constipation, diarrhea, pain after eating, and indigestion
If these symptoms persist for many years and are accompanied by anxiety, stress, and psychological pressure, then know that the problem is psychological, not in the colon itself.

Irritable bowel syndrome is not treated with gas medications,
nor is it treated with painkillers.

IBS is treated by addressing its real causes, which are:
anxiety, stress, psychological pressure, and trauma.

The nervous system is the leader that controls the colon and all other body systems.
When this system is affected by anxiety, stress, and shocks, the colon begins to send false signals:
sometimes diarrhea,
sometimes constipation,
sometimes bloating,
sometimes pain.

Therefore, the correct treatment is to repair the nervous system, not to fight the colon with medications.

Have you now understood the story of the colon?
Anyone who takes gas medications without treating the psychological cause is wasting time and taking drugs that neither benefit nor harm.

For this reason, I advise anyone diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome to seek treatment for their psychological condition, not for the colon itself, because in this case, the colon is innocent.

In conclusion, I ask Allah that this information may benefit you.
Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

A Serious Disease That Affects Children and Infants and Shows No Signs Until It Is Too Late

Serious Disease That Affects Children and Infants and Shows No Signs Until It Is Too Late

In the name of God, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of God.
Peace be upon you and God’s mercy and blessings.

There is a very serious disease that is currently widespread among many children—indeed, among our children.
The danger of this disease lies in the fact that the appearance of its symptoms varies from one child to another. Symptoms may appear in some children at birth, while in others they may not appear until one or two years later. In some cases, they may appear after three, four, or five years, and sometimes not until eight years, ten years, or even twenty or thirty years later.

This disease is hidden within our children, and many people are unaware of its existence. They do not know where it comes from, when it begins to appear, or that it may have been present for many years before its signs become visible.

Ibn Sina’s Experiment and the Effect of Fear on Health

I would like to mention a well-known experiment conducted by Ibn Sina (Avicenna), the renowned Muslim physician. This experiment explains the nature of this disease, its causes, and how to deal with it.

Ibn Sina brought two sheep that were kept under the same conditions. He placed one sheep in a certain location and the other in a different location.
The first sheep was tied near a wolf, in such a way that the wolf could not reach it but remained close at all times.
The second sheep was placed in a safe location, with food and water available, and no wolf nearby.

Both sheep had food, water, and all the necessities of life. The only difference was that one sheep constantly saw the wolf in front of it.

The surprise was that the sheep facing the wolf died after about one week, while the other sheep lived normally.

From this experiment, Ibn Sina concluded that fear, anxiety, and stress kill.
Yes, they kill, because a person who lives in constant anxiety and stress experiences a shutdown of the body’s organs, and this shutdown is what we call disease.

Applying the Experiment to Our Children

Now we return to the disease that affects our children today—it is the same disease that killed that sheep.
Our children resemble that sheep, while the wolves that plant fear, anxiety, and stress in them are unfortunately the closest people to them: the parents, often without realizing it.

That wolf planted fear in the sheep’s psyche, causing it to live in constant anticipation of death, afraid, anxious, and tense, unable to sleep or eat, until this ultimately led to its death.

Anxiety During Pregnancy and Its Effect on the Fetus

Our children may be affected by this disease starting from the fetal stage.
The anxiety and stress experienced by a pregnant mother are transferred directly to the fetus, causing the fetus to suffer psychologically just as the mother does.
Any anxiety experienced by the mother is transmitted to the fetus, which carries it like a time bomb.

When the child is born, psychological disturbances may appear, while the parents remain unaware that the source of these disturbances is the anxiety and stress the mother experienced during pregnancy.

Symptoms That Appear in Children

The child begins to suffer from:

  • Weak appetite or loss of appetite

  • Sleep disturbances and light sleep

  • Chronic constipation that does not respond to medication

  • Motor disturbances and severe hyperactivity

  • Persistent anxiety and tension

Some children, even at the age of one or two, may hit their heads against walls or the floor due to the intensity of anxiety and stress.

Other children suffer from severe and constant fear. This fear may originate from:

  • The mother’s anxiety during pregnancy

  • Or parenting methods based on shouting, insults, verbal abuse, physical punishment, and harsh treatment during childhoodThe Progression of the Disease Over Time

This fear and anxiety grow with the child, and each child has a specific stage at which symptoms begin to appear.
The condition then develops into a psychological disorder or psychological trauma, and the child gradually begins to suffer.

Among the consequences are:

  • A decline in academic performance

  • Noticeable behavioral changes

Parents then become confused about the reason for the child’s declining academic level and may—unintentionally—resort to more harshness, pressure, and shouting, believing this will lead to improvement, while in reality they are increasing the anxiety and stress, which are the true causes of the deterioration.

This disease that affects our children originates primarily from anxiety and stress,
and in many cases, this anxiety is planted within them inside the family itself.

And God is the One whose help is sought.

A Real Story of a Patient Harmed by a Dietary Supplement and the Deceptive Swelling It Causes

A Real Story of a Patient Harmed by a Dietary Supplement and the Deceptive Swelling It Causes

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
Today, from inside the medical clinic, dated December 17, 2025, I am sharing with you this real-life story.
I have with me today a patient from New York City who came suffering from severe joint pain, in addition to necrosis of the head of the hip joint.

This condition resulted from taking a dietary supplement sold by herbalists and promoted as a product that helps with weight gain and appetite stimulation. We have warned repeatedly against these supplements, because in most cases they are unknown mixtures, and some people mix them with corticosteroids such as dexamethasone and betamethasone.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

These substances cause fluid retention in the human body, making the person believe that they have gained weight, understood as fat gain, while in reality it is swelling caused by water retention. After a period of time, very serious complications begin to appear, including diabetes, high blood pressure, adrenal gland insufficiency, rheumatism, and other dangerous diseases.

This patient, whose name is Mlih, consumed this dietary supplement for approximately two months, at a dose of one small spoon daily. During this period, his appetite increased in an abnormal way, and he began eating large quantities of food throughout the day, even during the night.

Within just two months, his weight increased from 38 kilograms to 60 kilograms, meaning an increase of nearly 22 kilograms, which is completely unnatural and cannot be considered healthy.

After that, serious symptoms began to appear, including severe pain and swelling in the knee and hip, and an inability to walk for several months. At first, he was told that he was suffering from rheumatism, but in reality, he was suffering from severe complications caused by these supplements.

His condition reached a stage that required consideration of surgical intervention at the level of the hip joint, in addition to severe psychological suffering.

I am sharing this story as a warning message to everyone who buys dietary supplements for the purpose of weight gain:
Be careful, because most of these supplements are mixed with dangerous substances, especially corticosteroids, and they may lead to serious complications in the human body.

We ask Allah to grant this patient healing and to protect you all from every harm.
Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

How Do You Know That You May Develop Diabetes or High Blood Pressure Without a Diagnosis?

How Do You Know That You May Develop Diabetes or High Blood Pressure Without a Diagnosis?

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

Today I was with a close and dear friend, and a simple, friendly conversation took place between us. During this conversation, my friend asked me a very important question, and I wanted you to benefit from the answer just as my friend did.

This friend asked me about the widespread increase in chronic diseases in our time.
Among the most common of these diseases are diabetes and high blood pressure.

He then asked a very logical question:
What is the reason that these diseases have spread so rapidly and continue to spread?

I answered him clearly that the main reason for the spread of diabetes and high blood pressure is anxiety and stress, without any doubt.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

Which Comes First: Diabetes or High Blood Pressure?

He then asked me another important question. He said:
When a person suffers from anxiety and stress, which disease appears first?
Does high blood pressure appear first, or does diabetes appear first?

This is an excellent question, so listen carefully to the answer.

The Relationship Between Psychological State and Disease

A person who suffers from:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Psychological disorders

  • Psychological shock or fright

If this person is characterized by:

  • Sharp nervousness

  • Rapid irritability

  • Quick anger

  • Frequent agitation
without an underlying feeling of fear,

then this person is more likely to develop high blood pressure.

Listen carefully:
A person who is easily angered, highly irritable, and quick-tempered
is a person at risk of developing high blood pressure.

As for a person who suffers from:

  • Severe fear

  • Panic

  • Anxiety accompanied by fear

this person is more likely to develop diabetes,
and may develop diabetes at varying levels.

The Most Dangerous Case

A person who combines:

  • Quick anger and nervousness

  • With severe fear and panic

may develop both diabetes and high blood pressure.

This is a clear and direct answer.

An Important Conclusion

This information applies to more than 90% of people,
and it clearly shows the great impact of anxiety and stress on the human body.

I hope this information has benefited you.
I sincerely hope that, if you have the strength and the will, you will avoid:

  • Anger

  • Nervousness

  • Fear

And if you are unable to avoid them,
then you must treat them psychologically,
because by doing so, you will avoid many of the diseases that people suffer from today.

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

They Deceived Us, and They Are Still Deceiving Us… Dangerous Words You Must Hear

In the name of Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
My brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

Today, I address this message to all people, so that they may reflect deeply on its meaning:
They deceived us, they are still deceiving us, and we will continue to be deceived if we do not become aware.

Mental Programming and the Building of the Human Being

In a previous article, I mentioned the concept of mental programming, and I referred to the saying of the Prophet ﷺ, in the meaning of the hadith:
“Every person is born upon the natural disposition (fitrah), then his parents make him a Jew, a Christian, or a Magian.”

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

This indicates that programming the child and shaping his future is the responsibility of the family—the father and the mother.
This programming takes place in early childhood, especially before the age of seven.

This programming consists of files stored in the subconscious mind,
whether they are positive or negative files, and they are stored through repetition.

At later stages of life—childhood, adolescence, or youth—
these files begin to produce their results:

  • If the files are negative and filled with psychological trauma,
the future will be full of psychological disorders.

  • If the files are positive,
the future will be better and more stable.

These files are created through continuous repetition of what a person sees or hears.

Reprogramming

To eliminate negative files, we need reprogramming,
and reprogramming can only occur through continuous repetition.

Here we see a great wisdom in the saying of the Prophet ﷺ:
“Follow a bad deed with a good one; it will erase it, and treat people with good character.”

Why?
Because if a bad deed is repeated, it becomes a file.
If it becomes a file, it is stored in memory.
If it is stored in memory, it turns into behavior.

But if a bad deed is followed by a good one,
the repetition is cut off,
and when repetition is cut off, no file is formed,
and therefore it does not turn into bad behavior.

This is a عظيمة divine wisdom,
and no description can truly give this religion its due.

How Did They Deceive Us?

They deceived us through repetition.

They filled our minds—especially our subconscious minds—
with distorted ideas in all fields.

Where do these ideas come from?
From the screens we follow every day:

  • Smartphones

  • Social media platforms

  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others

These platforms are filled with content:

  • In religion

  • In medicine

  • In politics

  • In everything

When a person receives the same information daily, over and over again,
it turns into a file,
then into a belief,
then the person defends it strongly,
and may even fight others over it,
while believing it to be his own personal conviction.

This is how division and conflict begin in society,
because these beliefs are planted in minds without awareness.

Planting a Sense of Inferiority

People have been programmed with ideas such as:

  • We are a nation that does not produce

  • We are a weak nation

  • We are a nation without scholars

So if one of us makes an effort, he is considered an outcast.
But if someone from the West makes an effort, he is applauded,
even we in the so-called third world applaud him.

Why?
Because our minds have been programmed to believe that:

  • Power is there

  • Knowledge is there

  • Ideas are only respected if they come from abroad

The Food Example and Programming

You are told:

  • Fats are dangerous

  • Fats cause cholesterol

  • Fats cause diseases

At the same time:

  • Sugars are promoted

  • Sweets

  • Soft drinks

But healthy foods such as barley
which is one of the best grains nutritionally, even better than wheat—
are mocked.

Even talbinah, which the Prophet ﷺ recommended more than 14 centuries ago,
is viewed with ridicule.

This, too, is mental programming.

The Danger of Programming Future Generations

Today, our children and youth are programmed:

  • Programmed to believe there is no work

  • No future

  • No hope in their homeland

The result is:

  • Migration

  • Escape

  • Loss of belonging

The real crisis in our societies today is a mental programming crisis.

We are being programmed,
and sometimes we allow ourselves to be programmed,
because the media is in their hands,
and the tools of influence are in their hands.

If the information reaching people is not filtered and purified,
no one will be able to reform society,
because minds are being programmed every day.

What happened during global crises is a clear example,
where fear was injected daily until thinking itself was paralyzed.

Reforming the human being begins with:

  • Reprogramming the subconscious mind

  • With new files

  • Through repetition

  • And through the senses

And the senses receive their information from media and social platforms.

This is a very dangerous topic,
and we hope this message has reached those who need it.
In upcoming articles, we will provide deeper explanations, God willing.

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.

How Do You Know If You Have Fatty Liver, and How Can You Treat It Without a Doctor?

How Do You Know If You Have Fatty Liver, and How Can You Treat It Without a Doctor?

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
May Allah make your day joyful.

Many people suffer from a common and troublesome problem, which is belly fat. We have talked about this topic in many previous videos, but today we will give you a quick and useful piece of information regarding diagnosis and treatment.

People who have belly fat usually develop it as a result of:

  1. Eating large amounts of carbohydrates
  2. Sugars
  3. Dough-based foods

We are a people known for consuming a lot of dough products, especially bread and its derivatives.

Only for U.S. residents – click here now

The Clear Sign of Fatty Liver

When the belly protrudes and becomes prominent, know very well
without medical diagnosis,
without laboratory tests,
and without imaging

that you have fatty liver.

Why?

Because when the belly protrudes, it does so due to the accumulation of fat inside the abdomen, not only under the skin, but also between the internal organs (the viscera), such as:

  • The liver

  • The large intestine

  • The pancreas
    and other organs.

The accumulation of fat in these areas is what indicates fatty liver.
As long as the belly is protruding, this is a strong sign of liver fat accumulation.

A Simple Solution Without a Doctor

The treatment  as stated is very simple and does not require tests or medications.

You can go to an herbal shop and ask for:
200 to 300 grams of milk thistle seeds.

This information is not a personal claim, but has been mentioned by specialists in herbal medicine.

Method of use:

  • Take a daily amount of about 10 grams

  • Grind it using a special grinder

  • Put one small spoon of it into yogurt

How to take it:

  • Once in the morning on an empty stomach

  • And once in the evening before dinner

Duration of treatment:

  • Approximately one month

  • It may be slightly longer depending on the case

After completing the treatment, you can undergo an ultrasound (echography) of the abdomen to check whether the fat has disappeared.

By Allah’s permission, you will get rid of it completely, without resorting to other methods.

This is a quick diagnosis, and we hope it will be beneficial for everyone.

Peace be upon you and the mercy and blessings of Allah.
