As an important observation, I have seen many cases of children suffering from recurrent abdominal pain. This is often the main reason that drives parents to bring their children in for medical examination. After conducting diagnoses for a large number of these cases, it became clear that the primary cause is poor dietary habits.

Fast foods that are widely consumed today such as processed biscuits, industrial juices, potato chips, and various sweets are being given to children on a daily basis. Milk is not an essential food after early childhood.
God Almighty says in the Holy Qur’an:
“And mothers shall breastfeed their children for two complete years.”
Milk is essential during the first two years of a person’s life. After that, it becomes just another food item, like vegetables, legumes, and other foods.

Calcium is not found only in milk. In fact, many vegetables, nuts, and other foods contain high levels of calcium—sometimes even higher than those found in milk.

The belief that milk must be consumed in the morning is a misconception that we inherited from certain Western dietary habits, which often rely on sugary foods for breakfast, such as croissants and pastries. Sugars, when consumed in the morning, are digested quickly, leading to a strong release of insulin. This causes a drop in blood sugar levels, resulting in fatigue and weakness shortly afterward.

On the other hand, foods that contain healthy fats—such as natural butter, natural cheeses, and nuts—are far more beneficial for breakfast. There are also simple and affordable alternatives available to everyone, such as:

  • An egg cooked in olive oil over low heat

  • The prophetic talbinah (barley porridge with milk and honey or date syrup)

  • Chickpeas with olive oil

  • Fava beans

  • Whole wheat porridge with olive oil or date syrup

  • Chicken slices cooked in olive oil, as well as nuts

These foods provide the body with energy, vitality, and endurance, unlike relying solely on milk.

Depending on milk as the main foundation of breakfast is an unhealthy habit that needs to be reconsidered. By changing our dietary habits and consuming a balanced, healthy breakfast, we can protect our children’s health, help them focus and succeed academically, and enable workers to perform their jobs effectively.

Anxiety also weakens the immune system.
The immune system, which God created to protect us from diseases, enters a state of confusion because it believes that danger is constant.

When it does not find a real enemy, it may begin to attack the body itself, leading to autoimmune diseases, which are among the most dangerous and difficult to treat.

That is why the Prophet ﷺ used to seek refuge from worry and sadness and said:
“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and sadness.”
Because worry is an evil, and not a simple matter as some people think.

Recent studies have found that cancer finds a suitable environment in a body filled with anxiety.
Psychological stress weakens the immune system’s ability to detect cancer cells in their early stages.

Thus, the disease grows silently.

That is why some scientists concluded in their research:
Anxiety feeds cancer.

Long-term anxiety also affects the brain, accelerating the death of nerve cells responsible for memory and weakening concentration, as if it slowly erases memories.

It also affects sleep and the heart, raises blood pressure, and increases the risk of heart attacks.

Even the intestines are affected, as anxiety disrupts the balance of beneficial bacteria, increasing inflammation and reducing feelings of comfort and well-being.

Studies have even shown that wound healing is delayed in people who live with constant anxiety.

More dangerously, anxiety can change the way genes function inside the body, increasing the likelihood of developing serious diseases.

So what is the solution, my dear brother?

The solution is not complicated, and it is not always found in medications. It begins with a simple understanding:
when the body feels safe, it begins to heal.

The first thing to start with is breathing.
Deep, slow breathing sends a direct message to the nervous system that the danger is over. A few minutes a day are enough to calm the heart and reduce stress hormones.

Second, pay attention to your thoughts.
Anxiety survives on repetition. Do not fight the anxious thought and do not argue with it; simply change direction, and over time it will weaken on its own.

Third, movement.
Daily walking, even for half an hour, is not a secondary matter, but a real treatment that releases negative energy and restores balance to happiness hormones.

Fourth, sleep.
Lack of sleep makes anxiety stronger, while sleeping early restores the body’s natural system and turns off the danger alarm in the brain.

Fifth, pay attention to stimulants.
Excessive coffee and tea keep the body in a constant state of alert. Reducing them is an essential step in calming anxiety.

Sixth, do not suppress your worries.
When worry stays in the chest, it multiplies; when it is expressed, it eases. Talking about what hurts you is not weakness, but awareness.

Finally, true reassurance.
Allah Almighty says:

And He says:
“Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us.”

Anxiety is not a simple matter, but it is also not an inevitable fate.
With understanding, balance, and reassurance, a person can protect their body before illness appears.

Welcome. Good morning, morning of light, morning of roses, morning of optimism, morning of smiles and kind words.

I have noticed during medical examinations in the recent period that the number of cases of influenza, or rather the common cold, has increased significantly. What I wanted to present are merely observations so that people may understand the reason behind the rise in cases of colds.

 


First of all, I posted a message that contained humor, but at the same time carried a major problem, which is the stages of diagnosis among people. When a person becomes ill, the first thing they do is go to Google. They begin searching what is called “Google the Wise” or “Doctor Google,” looking up symptoms and appropriate treatments. After that, they enter into a spiral, and this is the first wall they crash into.

Then they go to relatives, who give them prescriptions God knows where they come from. After that, they resort to mixtures they hear about in gatherings, on television, in programs, or elsewhere, and they begin to experiment. They may also go to a herbalist. I am here a supporter of herbal treatment and a supporter of alternative medicine, and this is a given, but the problem is not here.

The problem is that we judge only by the title. People say “herbalist,” but what does “herbalist” mean? We do not know real herbalists, may God guide you. The problem is not here, but rather that a person goes to a shop that sells herbs, assumes the seller is a herbalist who will treat him, and takes random prescriptions. These are the stages of diagnosis among people.

 


After that, and after his condition worsens, he finally goes to the doctor, having exhausted everything else. For this reason, I recorded this message, because for the past fifteen days I have been receiving nothing but cases of colds. During examination and dialogue with the patient, I find that he has gone through all these stages.

Then he goes to the pharmacy and says, “Give me a box of this antibiotic,” and he takes it without knowing the dosage, the quantity, the duration of treatment, the accompanying medications, or the drug interactions. He uses medication without knowledge or evidence, and then after ten or twelve days, when his condition worsens, he remembers that there are doctors who treat these diseases. He then comes to the doctor and says, “I tried this, and I did that, and I did that.”

There is no power nor strength except with God. Have mercy on yourselves. Understand, people: do not treat yourselves on your own, because this will harm you. Do not experiment with mixtures on yourselves and then enter into a maze.

The problem now is not the virus that has caused the increase in infections. Some may say it is COVID-19. I spoke about COVID-19 more than a year ago and said that it has two possible outcomes: either it will fade away and disappear completely, or it will weaken and become like the ordinary flu. Even if it is spreading, it is weak, treatable, and people recover from it.

My advice to you: do not treat yourselves on your own, because this complicates your health condition and prolongs the recovery period.

Today, I want to sound the alarm three times. A major catastrophe.
We are now witnessing that the rate of psychological illnesses spreading among members of society has increased four or five times since the pandemic. I spoke about this during the pandemic and said that the most dangerous consequence that came after it would be psychological disorders.

I now observe that in the past, psychological illnesses and mental disorders were mainly found among adults, generally affecting those over the age of twenty-eight. Today, however, they have spread to young children—toddlers and infants—meaning children of three, four, or five years old, and even those around eight or ten years old.

What is happening now is unimaginable. By God, you have not seen what I see during examinations. For nearly fifteen years, I have been treating psychological cases. Praise be to God Almighty, who granted me this profession, through which I can help and save people to the best of my ability. Over these fifteen years of treating psychological cases, I have observed and treated countless situations.

Now, astonishingly, a fetus can be born psychologically disturbed. Imagine that—a newborn suffering psychologically: not eating, not breastfeeding, crying constantly, exhibiting strange behaviors, and more. These behaviors and psychological disturbances originate from the mother.

The mother is the fundamental pillar of the household—in upbringing and education—and we must not forget that she is also the foundational element in children’s health. If the mother becomes ill, the child becomes ill, or even the fetus becomes ill. Do not forget that the mother is connected to the fetus by the umbilical cord; they are one body. This means that whatever emotions the mother experiences, the fetus experiences as well.

That is why many parents today do not understand their children’s behaviors. They say: “My child’s behavior is strange. My child does not eat. My child does not listen. My child is stubborn. My child becomes upset and angry very easily. My child hits his head against the wall or the floor. My child is troublesome,” and so on.

Mental illness is a real and existing condition. God Almighty created us with a body, a soul, and a psyche. Just as the body becomes ill, the soul and the psyche can also become ill. The greatest destruction a person can face is the deterioration of their psychological state. We must understand this and seek help from doctors who can guide us, advise us, explain what psychological disorders are, how to deal with them, how to recognize when a child needs psychological care, how to recognize when a wife is psychologically ill, and how to deal with her.

Women today are under tremendous pressure. They work, and they also bear the burden of household responsibilities. Work pressure combined with home pressure has exhausted them. Even women who stay at home struggle to raise their children amid technological development and the psychological problems affecting children—so how about those who work outside the home? This is said purely out of compassion for them.

If a woman suffers psychologically, her children will suffer with her. Believe me, most medical examinations today involve children. By God, it is a catastrophe. Your heart breaks when you see children suffering psychologically: a fearful child, a child who wets himself, a child who stutters, a child who does not sleep, a child who does not eat, a child who displays severe behavioral problems—all due to the psychological pressure inherited from the mother, even while still in her womb.

People, this is sincere advice: no one should say, “I am psychologically fine.” In these times, only a very few whom God has shown mercy are free from psychological disturbance. We hope this message reaches everyone. Any calm and silent person should not be assumed to be free from psychological distress; they may be suffering but suppressing what they feel inside.

If the colon always cleaned itself on its own, why do some people suffer from colon blockage? And why do some people develop ulcerative colitis?

There are many things that cleanse the colon; one of them is the coffee enema. But it should not be used daily because it may cause dehydration of the body and loss of beneficial bacteria and fluids. Therefore, it should not be used on a daily basis.

What must be eliminated are: fungi, worms, candida, phlegm, and excessive acidity.
Even if a coffee enema is used once a week, it may not eliminate worms and fungi, because they require stronger methods.

One of the effective things is wormwood.
Dried wormwood is taken—one tablespoon—washed well, then soaked in boiling water for ten minutes, and drunk on an empty stomach.

As for women, it is impossible for a woman to reach the stage of having problems in the uterus or ovaries without there already being problems in the colon.

Colon cleansing is very important. In the past, elders used to say, “Clean your colon once a month,” especially with organic food free from pesticides and chemical substances, while today most people rely on fast food.

Colon cleansing is very beneficial and can be done in specialized centers that use special plants and herbs.

When the colon is cleansed of fungi and worms, symptoms such as dizziness and nausea disappear. Some people think the problem is in the ear, while the real cause is parasites in the colon. A person may eat healthy food but not benefit from it because worms consume the food.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

"Whoever starts the day by eating seven dates will not be harmed by poison or magic that day."

Some narrations mention that the type of date is Ajwa, while others mention Al-Ali dates, but what matters here is that eating dates in the morning is beneficial in general.

The question is: why did the Prophet ﷺ emphasize eating dates specifically in the morning?
In many hadiths, there is a connection between morning and evening, but dates were highlighted for the morning for an important scientific reason.

In the morning, between six and seven o’clock, the body begins to secrete the cortisol hormone, which reaches its highest levels between seven and nine o’clock. This hormone is secreted by the adrenal gland, located directly above the kidney.

The functions of cortisol include:

  • Providing the body with energy for the start of the day

  • Preparing the person to face daily challenges

  • Increasing alertness and attention

  • Preventing relaxation or sleepiness

Cortisol contains a substance called sterol, which is highly effective in boosting energy and activity.

Dates, on the other hand, contain:

  • Important minerals

  • Various vitamins

  • Water, especially in fresh dates

  • Sterol as well

When a person eats a date in the morning, the components of the date align with the body’s cortisol and enzymes, creating harmony that enhances positive energy and immunity. Moreover, dates act as a complete natural pharmacy.

What prompted me to speak today about this topic is the large number of patients who visit me every day. Most of them tell me that they went to doctors or to the emergency department, where they were told that they suffer from gas or from the colon, and they were prescribed well-known medications used only for gas relief.

 


Here, an important question arises:
Is the presence of gas in the abdomen a diagnosis?
Is this considered a disease by itself?
And is the treatment limited to prescribing gas medications only?

The logical, medical, and scientific answer is: No.

First of all, we must know that colon diseases are divided into two categories:

  • Organic (physical) diseases

  • Psychological diseases

And this is the key point I wanted to discuss today.

Organic colon diseases are clear and easy to diagnose, such as chronic inflammation, diarrhea accompanied by blood, severe and persistent pain, the presence of polyps, or—God forbid—malignant tumors.
These conditions show strong and obvious symptoms, do not persist silently for long periods, and are easily recognized by any physician.

However, when a person comes and says that he has been suffering from the colon for four, five, ten, or even twenty years, complaining of bloating, gas, chronic constipation or recurring diarrhea, and is treated only with gas medications, this has no medical justification.

There is a very serious disease that is currently widespread among many children—indeed, among our children.
The danger of this disease lies in the fact that the appearance of its symptoms varies from one child to another. Symptoms may appear in some children at birth, while in others they may not appear until one or two years later. In some cases, they may appear after three, four, or five years, and sometimes not until eight years, ten years, or even twenty or thirty years later.



This disease is hidden within our children, and many people are unaware of its existence. They do not know where it comes from, when it begins to appear, or that it may have been present for many years before its signs become visible.

Ibn Sina’s Experiment and the Effect of Fear on Health

I would like to mention a well-known experiment conducted by Ibn Sina (Avicenna), the renowned Muslim physician. This experiment explains the nature of this disease, its causes, and how to deal with it.

Ibn Sina brought two sheep that were kept under the same conditions. He placed one sheep in a certain location and the other in a different location.
The first sheep was tied near a wolf, in such a way that the wolf could not reach it but remained close at all times.
The second sheep was placed in a safe location, with food and water available, and no wolf nearby.

Both sheep had food, water, and all the necessities of life. The only difference was that one sheep constantly saw the wolf in front of it.

The surprise was that the sheep facing the wolf died after about one week, while the other sheep lived normally.

From this experiment, Ibn Sina concluded that fear, anxiety, and stress kill.
Yes, they kill, because a person who lives in constant anxiety and stress experiences a shutdown of the body’s organs, and this shutdown is what we call disease.

Applying the Experiment to Our Children

Now we return to the disease that affects our children today—it is the same disease that killed that sheep.
Our children resemble that sheep, while the wolves that plant fear, anxiety, and stress in them are unfortunately the closest people to them: the parents, often without realizing it.

That wolf planted fear in the sheep’s psyche, causing it to live in constant anticipation of death, afraid, anxious, and tense, unable to sleep or eat, until this ultimately led to its death.

Anxiety During Pregnancy and Its Effect on the Fetus

Our children may be affected by this disease starting from the fetal stage.
The anxiety and stress experienced by a pregnant mother are transferred directly to the fetus, causing the fetus to suffer psychologically just as the mother does.
Any anxiety experienced by the mother is transmitted to the fetus, which carries it like a time bomb.

When the child is born, psychological disturbances may appear, while the parents remain unaware that the source of these disturbances is the anxiety and stress the mother experienced during pregnancy.

Symptoms That Appear in Children

The child begins to suffer from:

  • Weak appetite or loss of appetite

  • Sleep disturbances and light sleep

  • Chronic constipation that does not respond to medication

  • Motor disturbances and severe hyperactivity

  • Persistent anxiety and tension

Some children, even at the age of one or two, may hit their heads against walls or the floor due to the intensity of anxiety and stress.

Other children suffer from severe and constant fear. This fear may originate from:

Parents then become confused about the reason for the child’s declining academic level and may—unintentionally—resort to more harshness, pressure, and shouting, believing this will lead to improvement, while in reality they are increasing the anxiety and stress, which are the true causes of the deterioration.


This disease that affects our children originates primarily from anxiety and stress,
and in many cases, this anxiety is planted within them inside the family itself.

And God is the One whose help is sought.

Today, from inside the medical clinic, dated December 17, 2025, I am sharing with you this real-life story.
I have with me today a patient from New York City who came suffering from severe joint pain, in addition to necrosis of the head of the hip joint.



This condition resulted from taking a dietary supplement sold by herbalists and promoted as a product that helps with weight gain and appetite stimulation. We have warned repeatedly against these supplements, because in most cases they are unknown mixtures, and some people mix them with corticosteroids such as dexamethasone and betamethasone.

These substances cause fluid retention in the human body, making the person believe that they have gained weight, understood as fat gain, while in reality it is swelling caused by water retention. After a period of time, very serious complications begin to appear, including diabetes, high blood pressure, adrenal gland insufficiency, rheumatism, and other dangerous diseases.

This patient, whose name is Mlih, consumed this dietary supplement for approximately two months, at a dose of one small spoon daily. During this period, his appetite increased in an abnormal way, and he began eating large quantities of food throughout the day, even during the night.

Within just two months, his weight increased from 38 kilograms to 60 kilograms, meaning an increase of nearly 22 kilograms, which is completely unnatural and cannot be considered healthy.

After that, serious symptoms began to appear, including severe pain and swelling in the knee and hip, and an inability to walk for several months. At first, he was told that he was suffering from rheumatism, but in reality, he was suffering from severe complications caused by these supplements.

His condition reached a stage that required consideration of surgical intervention at the level of the hip joint, in addition to severe psychological suffering.
