There is something very dangerous that I have noticed through my experience in medical examinations, and I hope people pay close attention to it and take it into consideration.
Through the questions I ask patients during examinations in order to establish the correct diagnosis, I noticed the presence of a very dangerous common factor among a certain group of patients—not all patients—but it was the main cause behind many of the illnesses that led them to seek medical consultation.

 


Many patients always tell me:
After I sleep, I wake up with severe pain,
or I wake up with dizziness,
or nausea,
or vomiting,
and other symptoms.

After investigation and careful observation, I found that the only common factor among these patients is that they go to sleep while feeling angry, anxious, extremely tense, or deeply sad.

Real-Life Examples

Let me give you some examples of the diseases that appeared as a result of this dangerous condition:

  • A patient went to sleep and woke up in the morning suffering from severe pain extending from the toes to the head. After medical examinations, it was found that he was suffering from chronic rheumatism.

  • Another patient woke up with dizziness and vertigo. After examinations, it was discovered that he had developed diabetes, with blood sugar levels rising to 3 or 4 grams.

  • A third patient woke up with a skin rash, and after examination it was diagnosed as psoriasis, which is a chronic autoimmune skin disease.

  • Another patient woke up with severe pain at the back of the head and neck, accompanied by dizziness and vertigo. After examination, it was found that his blood pressure was very high, reaching 20 over 10.

All of these patients were previously healthy and physically well, with no chronic illnesses.

The Real Cause

The problem was that these people:

  1. Had an argument with a friend

The Danger of Sleeping While Angry

There is a common saying that goes:
“Sleep on anger and do not sleep with regret.”
In reality, this is a wrong and dangerous saying.

Suppressing anger and then sleeping on it can destroy health and the body, and may lead to chronic, difficult-to-treat diseases.

Both situations are dangerous:

  • If a person acts badly during anger, they may harm themselves or others.

  • If they suppress their anger and go straight to sleep, they may destroy their health in the short or long term.
  • The Correct Solution

    The correct solution is to follow what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ advised:
    If you are angry while standing, sit down.
    If you are sitting, lie down.
    If you are lying down, get up and perform ablution,
    because anger comes from fire.

    If you receive disturbing news at night, or feel anxious or tense:

    1. Perform ablution and pray two units of prayer

    2. Or take magnesium

    3. Or do light exercise to release tension

    4. Or take a cold shower until you calm down

    5. Or read the Qur’an so that your soul finds peace

    Then sleep while you are calm.

    Never sleep while you are:

    1. Angry

    2. Anxious

    3. Tense

    4. Deeply sad

    Because chronic diseases may be waiting for you.

Acne and Its Psychological Impact

Skin problems in girls usually begin after puberty, when pimples and acne appear on:

  • The face

  • The arms

  • The back

This is a natural condition and not a disease in itself.
However, it becomes a problem when it is severe, affects the appearance of the skin, and leaves scars. In such cases, medical treatment is required.

The main cause of acne is sexual hormones after puberty, which lead to increased secretion of oils under the skin, clogging pores and causing inflammation.

As for the psychological impact, acne is not the main cause of psychological disorders in girls. Its psychological effect appears mainly in those who already have:

Cosmetic products contain dozens, even hundreds, of chemical substances, including materials that:

  • Are carcinogenic

  • Cause neurological disorders

  • Lead to skin dryness

These effects do not appear immediately, but show up after years of repeated use.

Among the most dangerous substances found in cosmetics are:

Fear Allah.

How can you promote cosmetic products:

  • Whose ingredients you do not know

  • And whose health effects you are unaware of

When you are a direct reason for teenage girls imitating you, using those products, and then falling into serious skin and psychological problems.

Our advice to women and girls:

  • Reduce the use of cosmetic products as much as possible

  • Do not use them except when absolutely necessary

  • Focus on medical treatment instead of cosmetic concealment

  3. She did not organize his clothes despite repeated remarks.

  4. He liked to eat using specific plates and spoons that had emotional value to him, but she often did not take this into consideration.

  5. He preferred eating at the dining table rather than on a side table, yet she usually served the food on the side table.

  6. He liked to eat before sunset, while meals were always delayed until after sunset.

  7. He did not like very hot food, but it was served boiling hot.

  8. When food was served, there was no water or napkins.

  9. The refrigerator was messy, with bags piled up in a disorganized way.

  10. His personal bathroom towel was used by the children despite his warnings.

  11. His socks were given to the children when needed.

  12. She disclosed his personal secrets to family members or others despite his objections.

  13. She did not adhere to modest Islamic dress when going out, despite his repeated advice.

  14. She delayed responding to him when he invited her to intimacy, which is one of the most dangerous issues.

  15. She raised her voice during conversations.

  16. She neglected the children’s hygiene.

  17. She gave mobile phones to the children despite his refusal.

  18. She allowed the children to stay up late watching television.

  19. She did not wake up early to accompany him before he went to work or prepare breakfast for him.

  20. The Result

  • All these points, through daily repetition, created a dangerous psychological accumulation in the husband.
    He began to feel annoyance, then aversion, until love turned into darkness in his heart toward his wife.

    After five years of these accumulations, he no longer saw her as a wife, but rather as a collection of accumulated negative behaviors, which led to emotional emptiness, coldness in the relationship, and frequent conflicts.

 


  • A Warning Message and Advice

    My advice to wives is this:
    Try to respond to your husband’s requests as much as possible, and do not neglect his repeated needs.

    When a husband repeats a request and receives no response, he:

    • Becomes upset

    • Then remains silent

    • Then reaches a stage of despair

    When a husband reaches the stage of no longer asking, this is the most dangerous stage, because it means:
    Complete emotional coldness and the extinguishing of the marital relationship.

He answered me: Milk.

People, understand this well: milk is a bad habit as a breakfast, and it is a very unhealthy breakfast.
This habit goes back to the time of French colonization: milk with croissant, milk with bread. But milk is not a basic meal for breakfast.

Allah Almighty says in the Noble Qur’an:
“Mothers shall breastfeed their children for two complete years, for whoever wishes to complete the nursing.”
After two complete years, milk is no longer a basic food; it becomes a secondary food like all other foods.

Understand this well, especially since the milk we drink today is industrially manufactured milk, which does not contain significant nutritional value. On the contrary, studies have proven that most people lose the enzyme responsible for digesting milk (lactase) after childhood. Therefore:

  • Milk causes difficulty in digestion

  • Milk causes bloating

  • Milk causes gas and other digestive problems

So, having milk for breakfast is a bad habit.

How Does the Brain Work?

The human brain is divided in both a conceptual and a biological way.
The conceptual division consists of:

  • The conscious mind: the one we think with, speak with, read with, eat with, and interact with people through.

  • The subconscious mind: the main memory of the human brain, where all information and all files are stored.

The subconscious mind starts storing information from the stage of pregnancy, specifically from the seventh or eighth week, when the nervous system and the sense of hearing begin to develop.
Hearing is the first sense that receives information.

The Child Hears While in the Mother’s Womb

While the child is in the mother’s womb, he hears:

  1. The mother’s tone of voice

  2. Her sadness or happiness

  3. Her arguments with her husband or children

  4. Shouting, insults, and tension

All these sounds are stored in the subconscious mind as files.
The effects of these files do not appear immediately but show later as behaviors when the child grows up.

A mother once told me: “My child is very calm, he does not scream much and does not talk much.”

“Play with your children for seven years, discipline them for seven years, and befriend them for seven years.”

In the first seven years:

  • The child is not ready for logical discussion

  • But he is fully ready to receive information only

If correct values are not planted during this stage, the child will later take information from outside sources:
a bad friend, a neighbor, or a corrupt environment.

Where Do Adult Behaviors Come From?

Every fear or negative behavior in an adult is a file stored in the subconscious mind.
For example, fear of the “ghoul” is not logical, but it is a file planted in childhood through repetition.

And here we reach the key word:

Repetition

Repetition is the key to programming the subconscious mind.

  1. You repeat a football move → you master it

  2. You repeat reading the Qur’an → you memorize it

  3. You repeat insults → you become skilled at insulting

  4. You repeat a bad habit → it becomes a permanent behavior

What you practice daily, you master; then it becomes a file, then a behavior, and finally a part of your personality.

Sins and Repetition

A sin does not become fixed from the first time, but through:

  1. One time

  2. Two times

  3. Three times

  4. Dozens of times

It turns into a stable file in the subconscious mind.

Allah says:
“No! Rather, a stain has covered their hearts because of what they used to earn.”
Meaning that repeated sins leave black dots on the heart until it becomes darkened.

How Do You Get Rid of Negative Behaviors?

By the same rule: repetition.

  • A bad habit → replace it with a good habit

  • A negative file → replace it with a positive file

Examples:

  • You do not wash your face in the morning → start doing it daily

  • You do not exercise → start little by little and repeat

  • You are afraid → train yourself to face fear through repetition

Positive files replace negative files over time.

This rule can be used:

  • Either to fix yourself

  • Or to destroy yourself

The choice is yours.

This is how a child is programmed, and this is how adult behaviors are formed—all based on repetition.

First sign: Headache

The psychological patient is very sensitive and seeks any treatment to feel reassured, and for this reason, they must not be exploited.

These signs are general, and the exact diagnosis differs according to the severity of symptoms and the duration of their appearance; it may be for a month, a year, or more.
